This test was developed, and its performance characteristics for self-collected samples determined by CLIA-certified Parkland Health Microbiology laboratory for diagnostic purposes. It has not been cleared or approved by the FDA for self-collected samples. The use of this in vitro diagnostic test, is FDA cleared for provider collected samples.
