All prepared slides should be immediately fixed in 95% alcohol. Additional fluid and or needles rinses may be submitted into a vial of Cytolyt® , Preservcyt®, or 95% alcohol. Do not re-sheathe needles and do not submit needle tips to the laboratory. |
