Social work, psychiatry and psychology by referral of a primary care provider
Assessment, counseling and group nutrition education classes

Comprehensive foot examination and treatment. Available by referral only.
Women & Infants Specialty Health (WISH), Texas Health and Human Services Commission
Shared medical appointments, virtual visits, smoking cessation and diabetes education programs
Interpreters are available to patients at the health center and by phone.
